The College of Economics and Management at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) consists of three departments: the Department of Management Science and Engineering, the Department of Business Administration, and the Department of Economics. It also maintains postdoctoral research stations in Management Science and Engineering as well as in Systems Engineering.
The college provides seven undergraduate programs: Industrial Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, Big Data Management and Application, Business Administration, Accounting, International Economics and Trade, and Finance. Six of these are recognized as national first-class undergraduate construction sites. The International Business program is specifically for international students.
The college offers a first-level doctoral program in Management Science and Engineering, along with second-level doctoral programs in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Complex Equipment Development Management. It also provides first-level master's programs in Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, and Applied Economics.
The college employs 146 full-time faculty members, consisting of 42 professors and 74 associate professors, with 91 percent holding doctoral degrees.
The college has participated in international exchanges through dual master's degree programs with Royal Holloway, University of London, and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. It offers 58 high-level international lectures and summer courses. Two courses have been designated as "Brand Course Taught in English for International Students" by the Ministry of Education.
