Basic Information
He Bangwu is a professor at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) and a master supervisor.
Professor He was a director of the Chinese Society of Legal History and is now the leader of litigation law in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the legal advisor to the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, vice-president of the Jiangsu Criminal Procedure Law Society, a researcher at the Internet Law Research Centre of Zhejiang University and also director of the Research Centre for National Security Strategies and Theories at NUAA.
Educational Background
After graduating from the School of Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2006, he began as a teacher in Zhejiang Sic-tech University and Nanjing Audit University before joining NUAA in 2022.
Research Interests
Professor He has devoted himself to the research of evidence law, digital law and cyberspace security. His academic achievements have focused on the formation of the knowledge system of evidence jurisprudence in the Chinese-speaking world, the basic theories of digital jurisprudence and the algorithmic forensic rules and jurisprudence of networked electronic data. In this way, he has explored the endogenous logic of China's modernization of the rule of law.
To date, he has published more than 50 articles in academic journals such as China Legal Science, Law Review, and Global Law Review. He has also published six monographs including three solo books written by himself and the rest are co-authored.
