The final of the 5th National College Students Public Administration Decision-Making Simulation Competition concluded on June 7 at Zhejiang University, with a team from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) securing the first prize.
The winning team consists of three students majoring in Public Administration from NUAA's College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Recognized as one of the most influential public administration events in China, this year's final brought together 103 teams from institutions including Peking University, Renmin University of China, and Fudan University. Participants competed in public policy proposal design, simulation-based decision-making drills, and on-site defense presentations.
In preparation for the final, the NUAA team systematically reviewed policy literature, analyzed real-world governance challenges, refined their policy proposals through repeated iterations, and conducted multiple rounds of simulation exercises along with post-match evaluations.
